Steve Smith is the Managing Director and Founder of RPIA. He’s also the author of the very successful book “Residential Property Investing in Australia”, which has helped hundreds of Australians create true financial freedom.

Passionate about life and the demands it brings, Steve sought to consolidate his extensive knowledge and experience in the finance and property industries into a company which could successfully assist ordinary Australians to create true financial freedom. From the beginning, Steve wanted to distinguish RPIA from other property investment companies by ensuring support to his clients throughout their investing life. Steve believes that going the extra mile with his clients has been the crucial difference in distinguishing RPIA from other property investment groups, and it is the reason many of our original clients still work with us today.
