Cost
The cost of the Mentoring Program is $4000 inc GST. There are two way you can pay this, either $2000 upfront followed by $2000 after 60 days or a 15% discount for full payment up front which makes it $3400. We are only taking on 50 new applicants at the discounted full price and they are being snapped up quickly. Small price to pay for a wealth of knowledge!
Introduction to your own personal Mentor
You will be introduced to your own personal mentor who will be with you every step of your journey. This introduction can either take place via phone, Skype, email or having a chat over coffee. We are flexible to suit your needs and what you are comfortable with.
Full Financial Analysis
A detailed financial analysis will be presented to you on your current situation. This report on the open market is valued between $7000 and $13,000. As part of this report we will discuss and show you in detail;

From the details that we have gathered from your Financial Analysis we will sit down with you and go through an action plan on how to achieve your goals and to create your portfolio. We will educate, guide and assist you every step of the way.

You will be assigned your own dedicated Mentor. Our company is all about building relationships on the foundation of trust and respect. Your mentor is here to guide and assist you to develop solutions to your property investing. They will challenge you and give you the confidence to achieve your goals whilst providing you with guidance and encouragement. They will be available to you whenever you need to talk or ask questions and they will help educate you on successful property investing. They will help you monitor your goals and see that you are achieving what you hope to be.
Access to all staff at RPI Australia
You will have access to speak to any of our dedicated staff at RPI Australia and have 24 hour email access to them with a response time no greater than 24 hours. Even though you will have your own personal Mentor there is a team of executives behind them who are here to help as well.
Lifetime Membership
The mentoring program isn’t a 3, 6 or 12 month program. With RPI Australia it’a a lifetime program. Our attitude and outlook is that slow and steady wins the race every time. We have a conservative approach when it comes to investing with risk mitigation equally important as the asset itself. Video Tutorials
You will have access to each one of our video tutorials which cover different topics of successful investing. Even though you have your own mentor to discuss things with these tutorials are very beneficial to watch and learn and perhaps give you ideas and questions you can discuss with your mentor about.
