Australia is referred to as the lucky country and who could argue, however the demographics of our society are changing right before our very eyes, yet we are doing nothing about it.

Have you ever wondered why the rich seem to be getting richer and the poor seem to be getting poorer?

The great divide between the haves (rich) and the have nots (poor) is widening every day, week, month and year. I have forecast that within 25 years Australia will become a 2 speed economy with the middle class being completely eradicated and that concerns me greatly.

I often say to people it is not the amount you earn but how much of it you keep and invest that makes the difference. Most people spend money faster than they can earn it and before too long they get stuck in the “rat race” as I call it and this is why only 5% of Australians retire comfortably.

There is no reason why this figure cannot be increased so that you too can look forward to an early retirement or true financial freedom even if you only have a small deposit or have some equity in your home.
